EA Support Live Chat not available

The option to contact the Live Chat Support doesnt exist for me anymore and I know that this is a common issue but I cant seem to be able to fix it. The option to write them an EMail is also gone. Can anyone help?

    Hi ConnectixnLost

    Chat may not be available all the time and some issues do only have email support. You could try selecting a similar support option to the issue you're facing in case that offers chat, or you could try using the Help site while not logged in, but you may need to use email. 

    However, if you have already opened a case with EA Help, it'd be worth checking your linked email or My Cases on the Help site to see if there's been a response first.

    thanks for the reply but ive asked them the last time that the chat was working and they told me that they are available 24/7.  The same support option that had the chat option last time did not have it a day later and still doesnt have it ive checked almost every support option and not a single one has the chat option. I will try it without being logged in and see if that works. Thanks again!
