(Xbox SX) says I’m a trial player but I have x box gamepass ultimate

Hey so I recently installed battlefield5(digital) through Xbox app idk if that would help solve the problem but anyways I did the beginning stuff and when I tried to play multiplayer it said that I’m a trial player and I need ea play the thing is I have x box gamepass ultimate(well my dad has it and it Carrys over to other accounts) I checked a lot of threads similar to this and it said to remove the x box from home and restart it I did that and it didn’t work. yes I uninstalled and reinstalled restarted x box and stuff . I checked the most recent thread I could find about this where the guys told him to contact Microsoft to remove him as a trial player and he responded with saying that Microsoft told him to contact ea support which they said it’s a bug and will fix it. I don’t think its fixed yet cause my problem wouldn’t be happening. So i don’t know what to do and I don’t wanna go back and forth between Microsoft and ea support telling me to contact each other to fix it. Ik you’ve seen a lot of similar questions like this so I apologize if it’s something really easy to solve or for wasting your time. I just want to know if my problem can be fixed or I should just uninstall bf5.
