Summarize your bug When throwing both shpaed charges and type99 mines at a tiger without the zimmerit graphic some the mines didn't stick

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip various paint jobs on tipers that are specced for Zimmerit.
What happens when the bug occurs? Zimmerit paint is still active, but arent shown on a tank.
What should be happening instead? Zimmerit paint should be visible
