Adding divisions doesn't save 2nd divisions name on first attempt

The game won't let me add divisions to the Mountain West, when I try and name the two separate divisions and go back to the main conference page, there are no divisions in the Mountain West. I can make divisions in every conference except the Mountain West. 

When creating and naming divisions in custom conferences in Dynasty. System only saves one name of division when I exit the screen, despite typing in both. When I go to rename the division that didn't save, it saves both, but sometimes assigns the names to the wrong division.

I have had 3 issues when editing conferences.

⚽ If you move all of the teams out of the Independents you cannot add any teams back. 🏈 If you then edit the MAC settings and exit the MAC's teams are no longer visible and the Independents category disappears.

🏀 If you break a 12 team conference into divisions and then move a team to another conference it won't let you add another team back. It either just doesn't complete the action or will give an error stating you can't move any more teams into that division.

Summarize your bug If I set up a custom conference with divisions and then remove a team from that conference I become unable to add a different team as it turns off divisions automatically but still tells me I can’t add another team to a division. If I attempt to manually turn off divisions then add a team it still says I can’t add another team to a division which doesn’t exist. This happened in a dynasty I was four years into and now my dynasty is ruined.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a conference with divisions and then remove teams from it to below 12 total
What happens when the bug occurs? I become unable to add teams to conferences
What do you expect to see? A patch to fix this so I can continue my dynasty

I've experienced the same bug. What's more, if I try to alter the Big 12 divisions after moving some schools around, it will often freeze and make moving schools impossible, in or out. I have to back out of the entire thing and start over.
