    Hey @BostonStrong182

Apologies for the delay, If we are running into crashing and freezing while trying to play College Football. I would recommend giving the following steps a try:

    Spoiler
    1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
    2. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
    3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
    4. Perform a power cycle.
      • Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
      • Turn it back on after one minute.
      • Launch your game.
    5. Restore the license for the game.
      • Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
      • Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
    6. Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
    7. Reinstall your game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.

If you would prefer to look at refund options, you will need to continue speaking with Sony as we are unable to assist with refunds on the forums.

What do you expect to see? A fix or I want a refund. I have contacted EA who said to contact Sony, who refused to issue a refund because it has been more than 24 hours. I paid extra for early access. The game has been out for almost a week and I still cannot play the game. I would want a refund if I can get one. I just want to be able to play for the game that I paid for. I tried the above mentioned fixes with no change.

  • Tried every single one of these and nada. I would really love to play the game I pre purchased at least once, or at the very least get a refund and buy again once i know it will be playable,
