Heisman hopeful missing player
I did not recieve my upgradable player when opening the Heisman hopeful pack. Sounds like I am not the only one.

I’m missing my Heisman Hopefuls welcome pack need some help.
I got the pack, but it didn't include the upgradable 86 WR Xavier Restrepo.
A blank card is all I received.

I didn’t receive restrepo in the welcome pack for Herman hopefuls. Need help
I can buy every pack in the store except the new ones. I get an error for all the HH packs even the 50k coin packs, boosters, training, all of it but I can buy all the other ones from season 2. Anyone else have this problem?
I had the pack but when opened contains nothing. I didn't get the "CUT TIP" or the Xaiver Restrepo Cards.
