Heisman hopeful missing player

Has EA done anything about this?  I messaged support yesterday and they didn't do anything.

Same. Did not get the player card

I just get error. Please contact customer service. It’s been happening for 2 days now.

I also did not get the player card and it's been over 24 hours

Received restrepo but the card that comes with it was blank and did not explain how important he would be once i beat the heisman hopeful solo seasons

@EA_Illium Should we start a request with support? Or provide more information in Bug Reports? Thanks in advance for any guidance.

I also only received the UT Tip but no receiver in my welcome pack, my gamer tag is vMichaell.
