Summarize your bug The game won’t allow me to buy the premium platinum pack and still shows it as locked. It says that you have to buy 2 of the weekly packs which I have already done. So now I’ve wasted 1000 points on buying lower level packs and I can’t even buy the pack I want. Support said I just had to post here and hope someone does something about it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy 2 weekly platinum packs then try to buy the premium one.
What happens when the bug occurs? A message pops up saying you must buy the 2 weekly packs before buying the premium one.
What do you expect to see? The issue fixed or a full refund of points or money spent trying to buy it.

I'm having this same issue with the Quenton Nelson challenge. I had a chat with someone at EA and never helped me fix it. Just said hopefully it gets fixed during one of the updates. Sigh*
