[PS5] Road To Glory Customization Does Not Save

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Road to Glory
Summarize your bug In road to glory when I change my characters gear it doesn’t change in game. To be more specific when I first started playing I put on the baggy sleeves with the hoodie under the jersey. Ever since then the sleeves will not come off i can change everything on the arm but no matter what i do once in game the sleeves will still be there. In the lobby and in the gear menu it will show what i selected for the arms but once in game it shows the sleeves. One time i reset the game and re-selected what i wanted on the arms and it showed correctly in game but the next game it went back to the sleeves. It’s not game breaking but really annoying
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In road to glory. Change your arm gear and see if it shows up correctly in game after 2 matches
What happens when the bug occurs? I’m stuck with sleeves on my arms despite not having them selected in the gear menu
What do you expect to see? What I selected for gear instead of the sleeves

    Hi @colton81505 

    When you have a moment, can we try the following?

    1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
    2. Perform a power cycle.
      • Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
      • Turn it back on after one minute.
      • Launch your game.
    3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
    4. Enterx Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    same for me except i put on a full arm, arm sleeve and jn the editing place it showed it on but in game only the left arm sleeve was on

    They are telling you to power cycle your console? LMFAO! It's a common appearance bug in the game and has nothing to do with needing to power cycle your console or adjust cord connections. You can't make this stuff up. Hilarious!

    I’m having this same issue. My player should have no sleeves. In every game he has Long sleeves. This is a bug in game. Not software.

    Ive equipped my player with a visor. Sometimes it shows up, sometimes it doesn't.  Ive heard people having the same issues with sleeves etc . (This thread) 

    Ive tried to make a bug issue post but I don't see a submit button just a preview button. 

    I'm on Xbox
