[PS5] White Square Graphics Cover Entire Screen

Product: EA SPORTS™ College Football 25
Platform:PlayStation 5

Date/time issue occurred July 14&15
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Dynasty
Summarize your bug Happens in solo play not white square grows and takes over whole screen
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not to sure
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen turns completely white
What do you expect to see? No glitch

Please help graphic glitch have tried every solution I can think of even factory re set of ps5

    @EA_Shepard I’ve noticed it happens more in darker setting games. Night games and 3:30pm, the bright noon day games don’t have as much of the issue. Also there’s little green lines that appear on the screen as well

    @EA_Shepard I have done the following, please let me know if something I am missing:

    -Un install and reinstall game
    -change HDMI and the monitor
    -changed the image quality to lower in game
    -Clear Cache and rebuilt database
    -restored PS5 to factory settings and re downloaded

    none which have worked

    @Paxmallot Past adjusting settings, and a reinstall there wouldn't be one yet. The team is aware and looking into this one. Since every monitor and TV is different, you could go into those settings or game settings and start changing it, but there isn't anything from a CM standpoint that has a

    @EA_Shepard OK please let me know any updates you hear from the team. Wasn't sure if I needed to buy a whole new system. Also is there any way to get a whole new game? An uninstall and reinstall feels like it just removes from system then re downloads from game library. It seems like the ps5 needs a whole new game not the one with the same "messed up" code if that makes any sense
