I went 13-7 and got my packs but never got the 70k I was supposed to get. Can you get this fixed please? Grinded for hours for those coins.
Still have not gotten my 70k? Is anyone over there working on this? If this was the other way around and we got a extra 70k you would have had it fixed within 30 minutes.
Been a month happened to me where’s the fix and our rewards? This is the typa stuff that makes players stop playing and spending money on the game and we all know that’s all ea wants is money but can’t hire a decent support team to back up how much they get from our pockets to screw us on our enjoyment. Makes it not enjoyable and if it’s like this I doubt people gonna keep playing ea games
