I bought the 12k pack way before the championship game. I stopped playing the game because I got busy with work and I just got back on it today. I can no longer get access to the 96 overall card and they say they won’t give me a refund because the expiration date has past. There was never an expiration date when I bought it though.
same thing happened to me, kind of ridiculous that the national champ mvp token expired but the heisman didn’t. just stole our money basically
If anything why doesn’t the token just redeem automatically now it just sits in my binder and I cannot use it
The same thing happened to me except my game kept crashing every time I opened ultimate team can I please get something for this it’s not fair to me at all the pack was 100 dollars
