I agree with most your suggestions add spring drills from PS2 games, have a interactive ad mode where you can upgrade stadium weight rooms etc, finally the tesmbuilder should have recruiting mode where you can try recruit high school and juco players to your team band when you reach a certain number and then the cpu fil the rest of the roster Instead of having a auto roster
