Earned content not received

I completed the "blowouts vs. comebacks" challenge yesterday and never received rewards for completing tiers 4 and 5, for the trophies and free pack. Can this be reviewed and I get a response. I reached out to EA Help and they advised to post here. I'm not particular sure how they help if they only advise to post here. This is the 2nd time they advise me to post here.
