Playing Levels

Am a new gamer.  I find the Basic level to be too easy and the second level to be too difficult (stopping the passing game).  Past versions allowed me to play a portion of the game at one level and the other portion at a different level.  Does College Football 25 allow that?   Has anyone else noticed the profound jump from the first two levels?
