Agreed on most of the topics .
1. These rosters should be able to export to madden - draft classes.
2. Players stats over the season should be factored in along with their development.
- Normal – The worst trait, XP will be earned at slowest rates
- Impact – Red gems will most often come in here or Normal
- Star – What you hope every green gem gets at minimum
- Elite – The rarest trait and sort of like five-star recruits in that only so many Elites will be in each class
if I have a 3 star WR (impact trait ) go for 1000 yards and a 5 star WR (star trait ) go for 500 yards. The 5 star would still development for due to the star and the 3 star would advance only by his trait and not by factored stats.- this makes it impossible to advance bust recruits even if they have great numbers. This is also why you can rush for 1000 yards with one player and next season he could be 2nd or 3rd on the depth charts . Ie stats need to be factored in.
agreed on the coaching aspect. We are building up assistant coaches every year to lose them every season which then hurts your school prestige grade due to coaching security dropping to C- every season. Won’t bother you at a top sec or big 10 school but hurts when you’re turning around a mid-tier program. Needs to be balanced.
