@Anobix It is and isn't. EA has coded certain formations to use certain personnel so all 3WR sets put the SLWR in the slot and a lot of goalline and heavy sets put the PWHB at RB instead of the generic HB spot. Sometimes it is intuitive and sometimes it's not. For my running backs I set all 3 charts to the same thing HB/3DHB/PWHB to avoid this issue entirely and make sure everything is even. However there is also a per formation sub you can do also which does permanently change that specific formation until you manually fix it back
