strange because if you look at all of the EA sites on pre order terms it says “ If not claimed by the 19th they will be lost”. Now if this is the case and we wait till after the 19th to do anything about it like you suggest, seems you have a very easy way out of providing anything to us.
I have experienced the exact same issue, pre ordered the deluxe addition and while I did have early access I did not receive any of the preorder bonuses for Ultimate Team, if/when the 19th arrives and this has not resolved itself where should we contact EA? Here?
I have the same issue. Logged on and got the pop up saying that I earned all of the bonus content for the MVP edition but nothing showed up in game. What are my options?

There's no chat option under the pre-order bonus help area. How can we reach out to EA support to get this fixed?
I was having this issue. Make sure that you first sign in to the EA servers in the game. Next, open ultimate team ONLINE, not just ultimate team. Then you should see your deluxe edition content.
There is no option to chat with anyone under any of the help sections on the game….. so I did a basic report and have gotten no help or my items!!
I’m having the same problem. I pre ordered the deluxe and have got none of my pre order items despite playing tons of ultimate team online
yeah they make it impossible to get in a live chat now, they just send you here and expect you to solve the issue

i have not received my 4600 points or packs for preordering the deluxe edition of college football 25. id either like the content i paid for or my money back. chat bot doesnt work and no way to contact advisors. every game has an advisor chat but cfb 25. you're sending links to a page where you cant contact any advisors at all. its almost like you knew this was going to happen. any time i preorder there's an issue with ultimate team giving me what I paid for. madden 24 EA told me theres nothing they can do for me. like i didnt pay extra money for something they never intended on giving to everyone that paid for it. rebooting in safe mode doesnt work. uninstall doesnt work. id just like to receive what i paid for or my money back

Went into EA chat. Was told that it is an issue with PS because that is who I purchased it through. Seems like it is an EA issue and I will be bounced back to EA by Sony soon. This is frustrating.
I tried EA chat this morning and was told to contact Microsoft to get my 'code' because I preordered the game there. The person was not familiar with what college football points are or what they're used for. I was confident I'd get the points soon, but not so much after the chat experience. 😕

Finished with PlayStation support. Their troubleshooting didn’t work. They said someone would contact me with a solution in the next few days.
I did notice in the troubleshooting process that my “deluxe” version is now the standard version but when redownloading it is the deluxe version again. I guess I download the deluxe but get the standard.
It’s frustrating to be at the “wait and see” stage.

I tried contacting EA and the wait stays at 22 minutes
I got the deluxe edition saved up my money because I was so excited for this to play with my dad and i got the early acces but not the extra stuff that comes with it.
