@Jsprinks23 Same thing happened to me, right after one of my coordinators left and I had to resign another. I think EA thought it would be a cool idea to make your team worse just because you lost a coordinator, even though it clearly says it won’t take place until after the season. The game is just crap and EA will never fix the things that matter.
