To confirm when the team releases Title Updates (our larger updates), you should see patch notes that share more information.
However, for general server maintenance, we won't have a list of changes or fixes.

All I know is my friends and I have been trying to log onto the EA servers since last Friday with zero success. Same message (EA Servers are down) every single time. It's extremely frustrating that we're a week into having this game and have yet to be able to start a dynasty or even play each other online. EA owes the entire community an explanation as to why there have been so many start-up issues with this game after such a colossal buildup to its release.
