Slow Sim

Rename it to Scripted Trash or take it out of the game. It’s not a simulation. It’s pure script with one of two outcomes. 20% of the time you will blow the other team out and 80% of the time the opposing team will possess the ball for twice as long, going on 14 play drives that take up more than a quarter of time while my offense goes 3 and out with multiple sacks or an interception. The opposing QB who happens to be one of the worst in the game will play like a Heisman candidate while your Heisman winning QB will play like a scrub freshman. This is with default and custom sliders. Madden has been this way for at least 5+ years. This is one of the reasons why I stopped buying your games and it’s still the same now. That and the multitude of times per game that my QB will go out of his way to run outside of a CLEAN pocket just so he can make it easy for the DE to sack him. That’s still in the game too and I’m guessing if you could fix it you would but you can’t because you don’t know how. Oh and the screen pass that is an automatic sack every time because my QB never throws the ball. But somehow the other team can run screens that are often successful plays. I’m literally staring at a 4th & 49 right now. And let’s not forget the complete lack of logical time management at the end of halves. You haven’t even programmed the CPU to spike the ball! Wow!
