Waste of Money for horrible packs

I've spent over 300 dollars on this game, not including the game itself. I've spent this money on packs and not once have I gotten an LTD. This is ridiculous, you guys are making me consider not buying your games at all anymore. Which is very unfortunate because I've been buying your games for almost as long as you guys been making them. I know you can't do anything to help me most likely, but I just wanted to let you guys know you might lose a very valuable customer. And I got a lot of followers so I'll be encouraging them to do the same.
