Where is my refund?!

Over 3 days of server down in solo games. Can't play any challenges. This is the 3rd time this has happened (along with bugs after every update and new challenge). Beyond sick of this. They didn't hold up their end, now I do not want to hold up mine. How do I get a full refund for the game and every red cent I've gave them since? Is legal action the only way?
