Coaching Jobs Completely Broken

The only reason any of of us stick through a long Dynasty play is to take lower tiered schools and progress them up. It's completely impossible to take any school job you want. Why? What is the purpose of restricting players in a video game from selecting any school they want? I cut my teeth as an OC at a mid tier school, then want a HC job at my real life 1 star alma mater. I can't make it happen. I've sim'd through to see the school's preferences that I want. I literally played multiple season to those exact preferences and still can't get an offer. I've also done the make them a user team then take another job method for that school multiple seasons, still can't get them.

I'm so bummed out after waiting this many years for my favorite game to come back and the mode I have enjoyed playing decades before is completely broken. I guess I start with the school I want from jump, put it on easy mode to win out, and build them that way. Cool, I'll play 3 seasons of that and pack the game up...

Stop dictating how we play a dynasty mode. This entire feature set is way overthought and broken...
