Coordinators With Opposite Abilities

After the September patch, I have fired and hired my O.C twice. From the list of candidates I chose a former H..C the first time and a former O.C. the second time. I'm both cases neither had any offensive abilities. They only had defensive abilities.

As you know we can't look at the specific ability tree when offering a job. 

Second season with no O.C bonuses.
