Is anybody else not able to force their WR’s to transfer? I have 9 on my roster, only 3 are freshmen, and couldn’t transfer any of them.

It’s never been WR for me. But I’m forced to have seven TE’s. I’m sure it’s because my playbook has 3TE sets. But it’s still kinda weird. 
Dunno if it’s caused by the same mechanism, but i get it. It’s  kinda frustrating.
