Ea seems to not care

I am struggling to understand how and why issues that are in the game when it launches are still there in November. There are posts on this website from July about how scheduling in dynasty mode doesn’t work. Why do my conference games have all my home games in a row and all my away games in a row. It’s not like ea doesn’t know. Please help me understand ea why this is still in the game and how to fix it. I feel I am wasting my time, three years in and every year it’s been the same with scheduling. It makes recruits visiting impossible with no late season visits, none the last 5 weeks. I don’t even have rivals that are in real life. I am taking over as Florida in year 3 and all my home games are in the first half of my schedule and I don’t have Tennessee or LSU. I know you guys make other sports games too but I can’t imagine you guys are that ignorant to not realize this is a problem. If the goal the past few years was to make the best game possible that we couldn’t the past 10 years, that was not met and I feel the majority of the community even in this website agrees.
