Entire Roster Management System Broken

The entire game is now unplayable becuase of disappearing players. My roster loses players at many junctures in many ways and I can not keep a roster together.

Roster management is the HEART OF THIS GAME. That includes RECRUITING, BUT ALSO POSITION CHANGES, TRAINING, DEPTH CHART SET UP, PROPER ALLOCATION OF PLAYERS TO BE USED WITHIN A  SCHEME, ETC.

It is totally unpllayable. I want a resolution in days, not weeks, and under no circumstances beyond that. If you can't accomodate that, I want the full amount of my purchase refunded, including a significant portion of the gaming console I bought SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS GAME.

You are TERRIBLE. You only correspond via this lousy, crappy, useless "system" of board posts. I want an actual person to contact me. It is the fifth time (at least) that I've had to come to this "forum" to report MAJOR PROBLEMS. THIS IS INSUFFICIENT FOR ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

THe game is now unplayable. If it remains that way I may sue you just to make  you pay a lwayer to show up and dismiss my suit. It will cost me hundreds and you thousands. Get your act together.
