Advertising Alvin Kamara and he is not in game

Yup same here. And they said the problem was from 10-1030. I sent them an email with a photo that was taken at 1130. If the don’t make things right I am done with this game. I have spent to much to be screwed over.

I also bought packs when he was advertised, but outside of the 30 min time frame. Horrible business practices and false advertising… EA support said they wouldn’t even escalate my complaint/concern,

I purchased packs trying to pull Alvin k but he wasn’t in packs and was waiting for some type of make-rights I spent money on 11/31 early in the morning to find out it was a glitch I’m pretty sure ea is supposed to satisfy its consumers when they mislead them especially when it comes to money
