ALL MY COINS DELETED AND MY ACCOUNT BANNED FOR NOTHING

All my coins deleted and my account banned  Hey guys, idk what happened but I was just playing ut and all of the sudden I see my coins go from 2,068,000 dwindle down to complete zero in literally ...

    We are unable to assist with Bans/Kicks here on the Answers HQ forums. You will want to fill out this online forum to reach out to our TOS team for further assistance.  

      

    If you have already reached out to our TOS team keep an eye on your EA account email for any communications. Please note, that not all bans will appear in your account's Ban History.

@EA_Illium If this is the level of support you get, just a circle of robotic responses with no real reasoning or proof, then I sincerely hope I don't have to experience any of these problems that other honest players here seem to be having.

To confirm we cannot see your account information on why your account may have been banned, assist with performing an investigation if you wish to appeal the ban, or provide an answer if the ban was over turned. 

That's why we advise you to reach out to our Terms of Service team for assistance. If you haven't heard anything it may be a case of waiting if the team is handling existing tickets, or allowing time for the team to perform an investigation. 

After they are done they should reach out over the email on your EA account with an answer. However, as we are unable to assist with this on the community forums we cannot provide additional information or speculation of what might be happening.
