Summarize your bug Was supposed to have multiple hrs before season 1 was over but the update took away season 1 in total before I could get my token.

What happens when the bug occurs? I was restricted
What do you expect to see? I expect to get a season 1 token because It’s not our fault as players. We were lied to about how long we had left. I would’ve just used points.
We just want to know if we’re going to be able to get our season 1 token still due to y’all’s mess up… I was just 1 level away & was supposed to have multiple hours left to complete or just spend points on the last tier.
Contact an agent at ea.help & they should get you right. They just fixed mine.
