Auction house ban
I am reaching out here because I have been banned from the Auction House in EA SPORTS College Football 25 on my Xbox account. I have reviewed the Terms of Service thoroughly and am confident that I have not violated any of the rules. Despite this, my appeal has been declined four times, and I have not received any clear explanation or evidence of what specific action led to this ban.
I have contacted EA Help multiple times, but unfortunately, no one has been able to provide proof or details of any wrongdoing on my part. This lack of transparency has been frustrating, as I take the integrity of the game seriously and always strive to play by the rules.
I am asking for clarification on the following:
- What specific Terms of Service did I allegedly violate?
- Can you provide any evidence or details regarding the actions that led to my ban?
- Why have my appeals been consistently declined without explanation?
I greatly appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response. I am eager to resolve this issue and continue enjoying the game fairly.
