I had a similar question answered previously. BND=Account Bound (I guess BND is supposed to be an abbreviation for “bound”).
BND cards, being tied to your account, means you can’t auction them or trade them in. All you can do is quick sell.
The logic behind this, don’t know. How you were supposed to divine that information, don’t know. Seems like Ultimate Team is pretty much a trial by fire experience, so if you haven’t been playing it in other EA games you will be a little lost at times.
Anyway, BND cards have a small “BND” on them. I have noticed there’s a different kind of card—I think with an NA, maybe?—which you can put in a set but can’t auction.

@GoldenBoy03 the logic from EA behind this was to make it impossible to move cards or coins from rewards from users farm accounts to their main account.
