Can use all online services besides Ultimate Team

Exactly what the title says. I’ve tried clearing cache, tried dns and cleared MAC settings. On Ethernet /  Xbox S user - guccigies 

I tried Attaching screen shot Error code will not allow me to… “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

 Also side note, my friend invited me to h2b lobby, and it fully let me join and he could hear my mic. And I still received error code “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” EA support suggested I post this info.
