Can't play challenges or any solo season content

Trying to play challenges and solo season content and every time it go to start either mode, I get booted to main menu with popup that says "Error - Our servers cannot process your request at this ti...

Since the last update, I cannot play any solo season or solo battle game.  It gives me the Error.  I contacted EA and they said it is a known issue.  We cannot play the game at this time.
