I'm having the same issue, have been since Christmas. I tried to contact EA through chat, was told they are working on it. I've missed days worth of tokens for bowl blitz and missed daily challenges and pretty much everything. I can't play anything solo or online. If you found a fix yet, please let me know.
Go to generate best team and try again, some issue with long snapper and guard or something. Generate best team then go play, should work then
