Cant play ultimate team on ncaa 25

We can open ultimate team but as soon as we try to start a challenge or any battle or anything it won’t allow us to do anything 

Any help would be appreciated here? It's been happening for months.

And Ultimate Team. I have been trying to use the minimum players. When I get to. The last required one. It kicks me every time with the error code. I've been doing it now for the last two weeks.

Don't know if you got this fixed yet but I had this problem more than a couple times and EA has no idea how to fix it. The only way it has worked for me is just changing my lineup. Just changing players doesn't actually work you have to change active lineup to a different preset. That is the only way it has ever worked for me.

So today I have run to this problem, realizing the original post was months back, but does anyone know how to fix it.  Been online with EA help and they can't seem to figure out to fix it.  I've tested the wireless, connection, restarted, everything.  

I keep getting error coded. When I'm in those 13 in NCAA. Whether I switch on my players? Came up the whole line up. Every time I go in just get a different card. Air coach me out. It's been doing this for a week.

Hey!! No, it only happens for me when I am trying to start any challenge, solo game or anything. It will not let me play anything on Ultimate. I can buy packs and change my lineup with no issue.

• When are you running into the error? Does it come up as soon as you try to enter Ultimate Team, or is it showing up when you're trying to start a game? Are you getting it somewhere else, like when you're trying to change your lineup or open a pack?
• Which platform are you playing on? 
• What is your PSN ID or Xbox Gamertag?
