Cards not really "random", I keep getting same players

I can't be the only one who keeps getting the same cards over and over and over. For example, I have turned in cards 3 times to get an 88-89 overall Legends OUAT and all three times I got an 88 Ricky Williams despite already having an 88 Williams in my lineup. Opened a pack a week and a half ago for the Texas-Michigan GOTW, and look what happened... same player in the pack and I already have him too as I was building a Michigan theme team. 

Plus, and maybe this is a cruel joke by EA, but my fav team is Michigan because I went there and have always been a Wolverine, so naturally I choose them to represent in College 25 as my team. HOWEVER, I keep getting Ohio State players in my packs. Not a joke, I have not received a single decent Michigan player (85+) in any of my packs but have received Denzel Burke 4 times, Bosa 5 times at least, and Garret Wilson three times but Wilson was all from BND packs so I couldn't even sell him and buy a Wolverine. 

Broken junk. Cruelty and pack odds which are a complete joke. I am not a math major but AI told me the odds of drawing the same card twice in a row (using just Michigan players since this was the UofM pack) is 1 in 2,648. The odds for drawing three Ricky Williams 88 in a row (even with less players in OUAT) is 1 in 720. The Bosa's I got for trading in my cards, the odds were 1 in 30,240 and the 3 Garret Wilsons out of all the players I could have drawn for those BND players is 1 in 12,956,400

EA talks a good game about packs being random but I know someone who drew the same 3 LTD players last season when he bought like the 11,000 point packs. He made over 6 million coins for that. There was also a guy on YouTube who has since removed his video of him getting multiple LTD in consecutive packs. People accused him of making a fake video, but I believe he legit got that.
