I also put this in the ultimate team because I don’t know which heading this problem falls under. No man!!!! Just nooooo. I have devoted so many hours into ultimate team and decided you know what Luther Burden III, time to put you in my lineup. Went to the auction house with over 900,000 gold ready to find a low bid, found the perfect price on him so I placed my bud at 875,000. Thought I had him and went to play a game only to find out I got outbid by someone else, and didn’t receive my currency back. Feel like all that hard work went out the window so I reached out to customer support. Yesterday spoke with a very nice gentleman who told me the servers should take around 24 hours then it should be into my account. I waited the time set my alarm and was stoked to get on and make my team better but still nothing hit my account yet. So I proceeded to reach back out around 30 minutes before this post. Another nice gentleman. Only to find out he even said he could tell I have passion for the game but there is not much to be done unless the team can look through the file. Please College Football 🙏🏼 don’t do me like this. I’ve worked so hard for that gold is anyone else having this problem. I’m about tapped out and feel like I’ve wasted so much time. Really an amazing game I hope this can be resolved!
