CFB Playoffs Playoff Prologue Crashing

I have the same issue as well.     

I am having this issue as well! I contacted EA Customer Support and they were unable to find a solution. I have been through each troubleshooting fix and nothing has worked. Need this fixed ASAP!

mine was working and then i got on today to play the rest of my challenges and now it keeps crashing as well i have tried everything in my power to get this to work and for some odd reason EA is more worried about money off of their packs then fixing the game for their loyal customers. We must treat them like COD and make their pockets hurt. 

Try going to your Ultimate Team lineup and create a new lineup using "Generate Best Lineup."  That's what worked for me anytime a challenge glitches....the Nightmares ones do the same thing. 

I was able to start the PROLOGUE one time, and completed the first 2 or 3 challenges. Never again have I been able to even click on the CFB PO Prologue, without being disconnected from EA servers. It's very frustrating. I feel the pain folks.
