CFB25 Ultimate Team Legends: Bowl Legends Tier 7 pack glitch

The 90+ pack that you win after beating Tier 7 in Legends: Bowl Legends glitches when you go to open it. I won it over the weekend and have given it all week long to be fixed and it hasn’t been yet. When you got to open the pack it glitches and you get an Error and it sends you back to the CFB25 main menu. 

With all these glitches when is CFB25 going to do some “make rights” like Madden does. I swear there seems to be glitches on everything related to this game. This is the second glitch I have posted tonight in the new season alone.
