Challenge Glitch Not getting Credit for Full stars after meeting requirements

While playing the CFB Ultimate team challenge SURPRISE SURPRISE located in the LEGENDS  challenge set. I have completed and met all requirements 20 plus times and it’s not granting me the full 5 star...

    I didn’t know they were aware of it, that’s great news. I literally targeted that challenge set just for the madden reward that goes along with it. Sitting at 164/165 stars is really aggravating
