CHEATERS GET REWARDED, HONESTY GETS PUNISHED

Hi all, as I'm sure you are all aware, there are glitches that cheaters can exploit to unfairly and illegally acquire unbeatable teams in College Football 25 Ultimate team. In order to combat the cheaters with a chance to win, I spent money on packs. I received 87 Caleb Downs as well as 87 Sauce Gardner from their respected packs. It has been over a week and the players are still not in my item binder. I work hard for my money, so I went to EA chat and explained the situation. After an hour of getting no where, the only option I was given was to post on this forum. Cheaters get unbeatable teams, while hard working honest players are ignored. I am left without answers as I continue to lose to 89 overall teams which were acquired illegally. I do not want to be a part of a community that rewards cheaters, steals money from honest players, and ignores honest and loyal players. I've been buying EA products since 2001 and this is my last one. I was denied a refund for the game and will never purchase another EA game again.

I do understand the frustrations you're having. I would love for EA to follow a practice that was used when I played an online game called EverQuest. If there were exploits or glitches they would take down the servers until it was fixed and roll back to the point before the glitch. That kept things even for all. Would a rollback be a pain, yes but the players would have to adapt to this and not celebrate that they got something other weren't able to get. Just my 2 cents worth.

@907550f97fb55048 I pulled 89 Quinshon judkins, 88 overall Desmond Howard, and 88 overall Kyler pitts. Talked to ea help who was no help to me and told me to post on the forum. I’m pissed cause I’ve spent money on this game and they can’t help at all but the cheaters get everything

@Sean_carlen36 Exactly, all they do is tell you to post on this forum while cheaters with 89 teams bulldoze better players with honest 84 overall teams. I'm not complaining because I'm losing, I'm complaining because money is being stolen from hundreds of thousands of players.

I wouldn't call a glitch a cheat, but for sure it makes an unfair advantage for the people that used the glitch. As I said, a glitch shouldn't be celebrated and posted on Twitter, Twitch, TikTok or YouTube for everyone to run to get the glitch so they can get the advantage over others that don't have the ability to get it because they work or other reasons. Now an exploit is a cheat IMO, and should be met with the penalty that EA has established for such an offense. If no penalty is warranted then a rollback to before the exploit and/or glitch would fix the issue.

I have never pulled anyone above an 83, y'all some lucky mofo's. As a Michigan fan I'd kill for Desmond Howard or Will Johnson. I won't spend another penny on the game as my luck has been crap. Dudes on YouTube spending literally 100's to 1,000's of dollars a week on packs and pulling in a LTD nearly every single time. Watched a video this morning of a YouTube guy that pulled 3 85+ including Gordon in three pulls... I had some coins left so I bought a pack, F'ING 81 Chris Johnson, not even Chad... neither of which would help my team anyway because I am using the 84 Singleton we all got for completing challenges, and was lucky enough to buy Renfro because someone accidentally put him up for 56,000 buy it now. Pays to sometimes be awake at 3am!!!

It's actually better to leave sooner rather than later, EA doesn't respect your time or your money. If you get screwed over, hey, they still got your money. They are as greedy as it gets and you're better off not supporting them by buying their games. More people need to realize this and move on from anything this company puts out.

There’s no way to report cheating and exploiters
If you try on the forums, they’ll delete your post.
If you link them to the videos of the exploits being taught on YouTube, they’ll delete your post.
The message EA is sending here says you should cheat because they aren’t going to stop it.

It's genuinely disgusting watching this ultimate team play out. My friend just had all his coins robbed from him by EA for doing nothing wrong, just buying and selling on the auctions, seemingly the only way to make any coins. There really should be some standard and human oversight since they have the audacity to be charging the real money prices for microtransactions that they are.
