College football 25 cut season tokens

So in season 1, I hit level 51 with 3 hours left before the new season began. I did not receive the upgrade token for that season. But I just thought since I did it soo close to the reset of the season that it was on me. Well I got to level 51 in season 2 yesterday with 8 hours left in the season, and now that the season has reset I don’t have that token either. I put in a ticket with ea and they told me to report it to the forums and they could help me.
