College Football Kickoff Week 3

I received the welcome pack for week three of College Kickoff yesterday and opened it and received the items including the item that goes into the set for a 92OVR which is great, but today I have a week three tab asking me to open the pack that I already opened. What's concerning is that opening this pack I believe opens challenges worth Season 2XP and since I can't open a pack I already opened seems like I'm stuck.

Any community manager that can weigh in and let me know the best course of action? And its a known issue that would also be great information to know.

    Now that the ordinal post was answered. Has anyone else not been getting the credit for winning games in the week 3 kickoff tab.

    Also the tab only shows 4 objectives and the one item says you have to finish 6 objectives. I've finished 3 but can't get the fourth because it won't count any solo seasons wins.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I didn't receive the week 3 college kickoff welcome pack today either. The pack from Wednesday was the game of the week pack.

    I never got the week 2 college kick off welcome pack either so I wouldn't expect to ever get the week 3 pack. I now have 2 objective tabs saying, 'open college kickoff welcome pack for 100 XP to add more objectives.'

    @cujun 

    look directly under the objectives section of the win games with kickoff players section

    the games need to be in H2H ONLY - solo seasons don’t count  for this objective

    this is BS for us who play exclusively offline

    Between this type of crap, the missing rewards (legends 82 reward), missing promo packs (edgewater), bugged solo challenges (talib and holliman), lack of solo challenges in season 2,, bugged cards (sapp/booger, bosworth/wilson), sets not registering for objectives - I’m just about done with this BS more- might go to dynasty league exclusively from here on out

    @Cjbarr23 Ill look once I'm done cooking and the wife is off the PS5 but I'm pretty sure it says H2H and Solo Seasons under the week three tab, but i could be wrong.

    it says H2H or solo seasons under the general heading but under the specific heading for the objective it only says H2H

    @Cjbarr23no, the description is clear: "tracks in h2h or solo seasons"
    also if you click on the objective both options pops up.
