I have not been able to play any challenges or online games because I keep getting them same error messages. Is there a bug?

Been having the same issue. Deleted and redownloaded the game, left the Xbox unplugged for a day, and still nothing. Been grinding for the Season 4 Dylan Sampson, but I guess I won’t get it now.
