    Hey  

     

    Unfortunately, we cannot assist with missing rewards on Answers HQ. You will want to contact our support team. 

     

    How to use EA Help

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select College Football 25
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

    @EA_Illium  When my nephew and I log on to play ultimate team I still catch my self saying madden and mut.

    This is new to all of us and some of us still have madden and MUT imprinted on the brain, especially me.
