CUT - Did not receive player pulled from Game Changers BND Training pack.

I pulled a 97 Ovr Willie Lampkin from the Game Changers BND training pack and he was not located in my inventory for over 30 minutes. I ended up contacting customer service live chat  and the item was confirmed to be found. I was told it would be reported to the “concerned team” and they would reach out to me but I was not told how I would be contacted. I was not given a new case number so I can track how the investigation was going.

I was told to post on this forum as I am requesting some sort of compensation because this is hindering my ability to continue gameplay since I have to wait for that particular player and time wasted being directed to different department/teams without a solution.
