Cutmas tokens not dropping

Having that issue today. Closed app multiple times.

Hello, I am having the same issue as well. I currently have 2/3 available tokens. I received my first one on Thursday 12/19. I didn’t receive anything on Wednesday 12/18 although I logged in both before and after 1:30pm EST following the launch of season 4.

Same thing happened to me.

Got one the first day on launch, got skipped yesterday, but got it today?

I also got screwed on the cutnas token. I log in and play every single day. I'm contacting EA... I'm tired of them constantly screwing me over. I always got effed by the bs packs I've got that don't pay out what they say they do. 

Logged in and never got a cutmas token so I restarted the game and logged in again and never got a cutmas token how am I supposed to get 7 when I can’t even get the 5th one

I have 4 tokens but my 5th one I’m supposed to get today didn’t drop for me

I am also experiencing this problem. 

Never received my Day 1 token, despite being on and closing the game and opening it multiple times. Hope they fix this

I did not receive my 12/18 CUTMAS token despite being on in the afternoon for the start of the new season.
