Cutmas tokens not dropping

Same thing happened to me, have all the daily logins so far for the field pass + all the bowl tokens but not the 12/18 cutmas token

I didnt receive a cutmas token for logging in and its gonna short me my set completion..

Hello, I am having the same issue as well. I currently have 5/6 available tokens. I received my first one on Thursday 12/19. I didn’t receive anything on Wednesday 12/18 although I logged in both before and after 1:30pm EST following the launch of season 4. We need 7 and I’m gonna be 1 short

Didn't get a token today at reset. Sitting at 6..

I don't think EA really gives a crap. They got our money and now just cater to the people who constantly pump money into the game buying the high rated player packs. Why should they care? They know you will buy the next version of the game when it is released no matter what they do. But this pay to win model has got to go.

I have not received two of my Cutmas tokens, even though I have logged in at the proper times to receive them. Is this a server issue and is this fixable?

The same thing happened to me. I didn’t receive my token from a couple days ago.

Same missing one and I play this game everyday. Cut is just a broken game in general so many problems since launch

There was all this hype over a Cutmas player, but the actual packs you redeem the tokens for are a joke. I thought it would be something special, but no, it was a 91 OVR DT. That would just be DT4 for me.
